In the DELF A1 syllabus, there are four sections: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. It acts as a roadmap for the French A1 exam.

DELF Junior Scolaire A1 corresponds to the lower beginner level of the CEFR (Common European Framework. of Reference for Languages). It is indicative of French proficiency level in a teenager's environment. DELF Junior Scolaire A1 is an official diploma offered by the French Ministry of Education.

The DELF PRIM is suitable for children aged 6 to 9 and assesses levels A1. 1, A1, A2. The DELF Junior is suitable for children and teenagers aged 10 to 18 and assesses levels A1, A2, B1, B2.
