At the C2 German level, you will fine-tune your German skills and you will have almost as good a command of the language as your mother tongue. In this course, you will consolidate your grammar and sentence structures and expand your vocabulary.

After completing level C2, you'll be able to: understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning and express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. ​​ use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes.

The Goethe-Zertifikat C2: Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom entitles foreign students to study at a German university or institution of higher education and is recognized in many places as evidence of the language skills required to teach German.

German is so particularly difficult that is has 2 sub levels per level but also has a full level called “preparation for B2”. This essentially means that even if you follow an intensive type of course, you will need no less than six months full time study to reach that “C2 German level”.
