Course description

In A2 you should be able to understand basics spoken German. In this series you will be learning some more structures and grammar topics. Follow the lessons to increase your understanding and build up your knowledge.

  • You can learn and meet daily and simple needs using your knowledge of German; shopping, vacation planning or hotel reservation etc.

At the A2 level, you'll further hone your ability to identify a noun's gender and learn more about how it influences adjective endings and articles. Additionally, you'll expand your knowledge of plural forms beyond the basics and discover irregular plural nouns.

German A2 exam pattern is quite simple. As it's a language, there are 4 modules- Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. It is a 60 points exam and you have to score a minimum 36 points (60%) to pass the exam.

Is it possible to learn German in three months? Yes. Although it is still a short time, you will learn at least a few words that will help you get through A2 fluently. That is why it is critical for language learners to begin as soon as possible in order to make the most of their time.

Goethe-Zertifikats A1 through C2 do not expire. Many institutions and employers, however, expect the certificate to be dated not more than two years ago.

A common misconception is that one must strictly follow the A1 to A2 trajectory. However, Learn Languages Store clarifies that while each level builds upon the previous one, there might be cases where skipping levels is possible based on individual proficiency and learning pace.
