Course description

The A1 Spanish Language Course is an intensive program that prepares you to obtain Level A1 in Spanish according to the CEFR. We work with the most comprehensive and complete syllabus with 44 units per level based 100% on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

What will I learn?

  • You can understand some very basic, everyday phrases and understand somebody who articulates very carefully, speaks very slowly and with long pauses.
  • Maybe you can also read very short, simple texts as well as familiar names and words.
  • Can introduce himself and others and ask other people questions about themselves, where they live, what kind of people they know or what kind of things they have and can give answers to questions of this kind.
  • Can interact in a simple way provided the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.

The Levels A1 to C2, From Basic to Native Most European languages make use of this framework, and it's an easy way to keep track of your progress. The levels, in short, are: A1 – The Minimum. This level teaches present tense, the alphabet, standard phrases, pronunciation, colors, and numbers.

The A1 online Spanish course is suitable for you if you have no previous knowledge of the language and it is the first time you intend to learn Spanish. However, at Universidad Europea, we have 100% online Spanish courses for all other levels.

The Elemental (A1) Spanish level test covers various topics, including greetings and introductions, numbers, time, days of the week, family, hobbies, daily routines, likes and dislikes, and basic expressions for everyday situations.

-Level A1: 180-200 hours, which makes 9 or 10 weeks of our Intensive Spanish Course. -Level A2:180-200 hours, 9 or 10 weeks. -Level B2: 500-600 hours, which are 25 or 30 weeks, depending on the different factors mentioned above. -Level C1: 700-800 hours, equivalent to 35 or 40 weeks.
